The Insta InfoTech provides structured terms and conditions for its courses, ensuring clarity for both students and the institution. Below is a detailed overview:

Enrollment and Payment Policies:

Admissions:

  • Admission is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee before the start date.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable after course commencement, barring exceptional cases.

Attendance and Certification:

  • A minimum attendance percentage (usually 75-80%) is mandatory to qualify for certification.
  • Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course and final assessments.

Fee Policies:

  • Fees may vary based on the course type (online or offline, beginner or advanced).
  • Payment plans, if any, should be agreed upon during enrollment.

Course Materials:

  • Institutes often provide study materials, which may be chargeable .
  • Additional charges may apply for extra resources or advanced study kits.

Code of Conduct:

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect the institute’s rules.
  • Misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion without a refund.

Schedule Changes:

  • The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules or reschedule batches due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:

  • Institutes are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings on their premises.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, cheques, or cash. Company-sponsored applicants must provide a purchase order with payment due within 30 days.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations by the institution are processed within one month. However, Insta InfoTech does not cover travel or accommodation expenses resulting from cancellations.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Insta InfoTech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with a notice period of three working days. Students can transfer to another course or branch and training mode online/offline.

Intellectual Property:

  • All study materials and promotional content remain the copyright of the institution. Photos taken of students for promotional purpose.

Legal Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
